Flow Luxury Health Retreats

At Flow we appreciate that each of our guests will have different needs and goals.  Our Revitalise and Restorative health retreats focus on yoga, meditation and healthy eating.  

For those that are after a more active getaway, we are also delighted to offer fitness retreats.  Personal training session with a highly qualified trainer are included as well as boot camp classes, and activities like hiking and surfing lessons.

All our retreats include luxury accommodation with private ensuites, all meals and activities.  See below for a full list of everything we include.

  • Delicious, gourmet meals *

Delicious, gourmet meals

Meals and snack are included for the duration of the retreat.  The focus is on fresh, healthy ingredients using plenty of fruits and vegetables, free range eggs and meat, wholesome grains, freshly squeezed juice and nutritious green smoothies.  Organic products are used whenever possible and we can cater to special dietary needs and requests such as gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, food allergies and vegans and vegetarians.

  • Ayurvedic Consultation *

Ayurvedic Consultation

Ayurveda is a system of traditional medicine native to India.  Ayurveda looks at the total health of a person and takes into account the physical and mental state as well as the personality.

To better understand what your unique constitution is, one-on-one Ayurvedic consultations can be booked with Nicole, a trained Ayurvedic Health Educator. The appointment consists of an in depth, two hour evaluation which will determine both the nature of your constitution as well the nature of any disease or imbalance that may be present. A proper treatment plan tailored to your specific needs will then be determined. Nicole believes that the root cause of physical disease begins with improper digestion both from a mental and physical aspect and recommendations will include regimes to improve the quality of digestion.   
  • Morning meditation and twice daily yoga *

Morning meditation and twice daily yoga

Each morning there will be a guided meditation followed by a 90 minute Vinyasa style flow yoga class.  Vinyasa yoga is a series of smooth flowing poses that are synchronized with the breath which helps to relax both the mind and body.  Vinyasa yoga is suitable for both beginners and advanced students.

The late afternoon yoga class is a 90 minute Yin or restorative class.  Yin yoga is a slow paced yoga in which the postures are held for a longer period of time.  Holding the poses for longer targets the deeper connective tissue and fascia which helps promote greater flexibility.  Yin yoga helps to reduce stress levels, regulates energy in the body and increase energy levels. 

  • Spa Treatments *

Spa Treatments

Spa treatments are included in all our retreats.  The Restorative Retreat includes five hours of spa treatments and the Revitalise Retreat includes three hours of spa treatments.  You may choose from an array of options including, massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, or manicures and pedicures.
  • Fully Included Activities *

Fully Included Activities

We offer a range of activities for you to choose from that are fully inclusive however everything is completely optional, you are welcome do as little or as much as you like.  Options include; Ayurvedic consultations, nutrition consultations, stand up paddle boarding, stand up paddle board yoga (also known as SUP Yoga) surf lessons, shopping trips into Seminyak, Kuta or Ubud, cooking classes, cycling through the rice paddies in Ubud and spa treatments.

Although most activities can be organized at short notice we recommend that you advise us of your interests when booking your retreat.
