Flow Luxury Retreats Founders

Nicole Cain

Nicole is originally from California and has lived in Indonesia since 2006. She spent six years living aboard the MV Addiction hosting luxury surf charters out of the Mentawai islands and has now chosen Bali as her home. Nicole’s passion for the healing arts began after becoming frustrated with the western model of medicine during her own path towards healing. She studied Holistic Nutrition and is also a fully trained Ayurvedic Health Educator. Currently, Nicole is focused on teaching yoga in Bali. Her main goal is to teach people that yoga is not about being flexible. She looks into the deeper healing aspects of a yoga practice and its effect on the mind and body. “I feel truly blessed to be where I am in life and it fills me with such gratitude and joy to share my passions with others”

Kathy Braden

Kathy has built a successful career in hospitality, marketing and event management in Perth, Western Australia. She has extensive experience in organizing conferences and special events as well as planning over 300 weddings. Kathy has had a strong connection to Bali since first visiting in 1998 and continues to travel to the island several times each year. She has always had a passion for health and fitness, especially when it comes to nutrition and believes a holistic and balanced approach is essential for optimum health. Kathy is currently in the process of completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Medicine.

Dean Rummer

Dean owns and operates several companies across Australia and has business interests in Indonesia. He has organised numerous executive retreats and business groups including CEO boot camps with the 'Wolf of Wall Street’ Jordan Belfort. Dean has been visiting Bali since his teens and has a special connection to the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan.
